These are very difficult times and the isolation has taught me the importance of groups in our lives.
I am trying to create a platform for individuals to get in touch with professionals who are involved in the field of psychology. The aim is to create awareness and connecting people with professionals who need any kind of psychological education and help. The larger aim is to make it a common knowledge to know and seek help for mental health.
