INGREDIENTS:

For Curry -

Water 1 cup
Tomato diced - 5 cups
Onion sliced-1 cup
Garlic cloves - 5 no
Ginger 1 small piece
Bay leaf 1no
Black cardamom - 1no
Cinnamon 1 stick
Green Cardamom - 3 no
Cloves 3 no
Green chillies - 2-3 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 10 nos
khas-khas ( poppy seeds ) - ½ tpsp
Salt to taste

On Pan

Butter - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli - 3 no
Paneer cubes - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek (methi) leaves - ½ tsp
Sugar 1-2 tsp (optional)
Cream 3-4 tbsp
