आमतौर पर गुलाब का फूल हर किसी को पसंद होता है। गुलाब के फूल देखने में जितना खूबसूरत होता है उतना ही किसी को भी खुश करने के भी काम आता है। गुलाब की पंखुड़ियों में औषधीय गुण भी होते है। फूल की पत्ती खाने से चेहरे पर निखार और कई बीमारियों से छुटकारा मिलता है। जानिए गुलाब खाने के घरेलू नुस्खे और फायदे...

1. गुलाब में विटामिन-सी और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट होता है। गुलाब की पंखुड़ियां से बने गुलकंद खाने से हड्डियां मजबूत होती है।
2. गुलाब खाने से टीवी के मरीज को राहत मिलती है।
3. गुलाब की पत्ती को पीसकर गिलसरीन के साथ मिलाकर रख लें। इसे रोज होंठों पर लगाने से सॉफ्ट और गुलाबी होते है।
4. गुलकंद शरीर को ठंडा रखता है। इसे खाने से पानी की कमी पूरी, थकान और पाचन से जुड़ी समस्या दूर होती है।

5. गुलाब रखकर सोने से तनाव दूर और नींद अच्छी आती है।
6. आंख में गुजली या दर्द होने पर गुलाबजल डालने से आराम मिलता है।
