पित्त प्रकृति की विशेषताएं ( Features of Pitta Prakriti)

आयुर्वेद की दृष्टि से किसी भी व्यक्ति के स्वास्थ्य और रोगों के इलाज में उसकी प्रकृति का विशेष योगदान रहता है। इसी प्रकृति के आधार पर ही रोगी को उसके अनुकूल खानपान और औषधि की सलाह दी जाती है।

पित्त प्रकृति वाले लोगों में कुछ ख़ास तरह की विशेषताओं पाई जाती हैं जिनके आधार पर आसानी से उन्हें पहचाना जा सकता है। अगर शारीरिक विशेषताओं की बात करें तो मध्यम कद का शरीर, मांसपेशियों व हड्डियों में कोमलता, त्वचा का साफ़ रंग और उस पर तिल, मस्से होना पित्त प्रकृति के लक्षण हैं। इसके अलावा बालों का सफ़ेद होना, शरीर के अंगों जैसे कि नाख़ून, आंखें, पैर के तलवे हथेलियों का काला होना भी पित्त प्रकृति की विशेषताएं हैं।

पित्त प्रकृति वाले लोगों के स्वभाव में भी कई विशेषताए होती हैं। बहुत जल्दी गुस्सा हो जाना, याददाश्त कमजोर होना, कठिनाइयों से मुकाबला ना कर पाना व सेक्स की इच्छा में कमी इनके प्रमुख लक्षण हैं। ऐसे लोग बहुत नकारात्मक होते हैं और इनमें मानसिक रोग होने की संभावना ज्यादा रहती है।

From the point of view of Ayurveda, nature has a special contribution in the health and treatment of diseases of any person. On the basis of this nature, the patient is advised to have suitable food and medicine for him.

People with pitta Prakriti have certain characteristics on the basis of which they can be easily identified. If we talk about physical characteristics, then the body of medium height, tenderness in muscles and bones, the fair complexion of skin and moles, warts on it are the symptoms of pitta nature. Apart from this, graying of hair, darkening of body parts like nails, eyes, soles of feet, and palms are also characteristics of Pitta Prakriti.

People with pitta Prakriti also have many characteristics in their nature. The main symptoms are getting angry very quickly, weak memory, inability to cope with difficulties, and lack of desire for s*x. Such people are very negative and they are more likely to have a mental illness.
