Bodyweight Workout
Circuit Training
Beginners #3 rounds
Intermediate #4 rounds
Advance # 5 rounds
3 times a week
✅ 15 squats
✅ 10 push ups
✅ 20 sec jumping jackings,
✅ 10 lunges(each leg)
✅ plank hold max.
Rest 2-3 minutes after every circuit.
Cool down in end
