Worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's strength, carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of it's sorrow it empties today of it's strength to handle today's sorrows successfully.

To live is the rarest thing in the world, most people fear and just exist.
If you want to cure the world don't emanate fear, emanate love.
Only when we're no longer afraid do we begin to live.
Being afraid is part of being alive. It's instinctual in every living animal it's there to keep us safe. Accept it, walk through it, learn from it.
Fear is the enemy of logic. Fear is temporary like a deer sensing a predator then running off and becoming calm again. Regret is forever.

If a problem is fixable there is no need to worry. If it's not fixable, then there is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.
