his blew my mind & now it will blow yours !
When it comes to absorbing energy, I am very conscious.
What you watch, what you read becomes a part of your personality and you start vibrating at that frequency which eventually gives a signal to the universe to give you more of it. In simple terms- you manifest more of it!
Be choosy what you watch, what you read, what you do because that's going to become your reality.
While 83 is not a just a movie for me, I learnt a lot of lessons which I shared with all of you!
I could have been partying somewhere, listening to some gossips from people, could have been absorbing news of what is going wrong in the world etc.. but!
But!
But!
What did I consciously choose?
I chose to absorb some positive energy which raises my vibe:)

Important points to remember -
1. When you seperate yourself from the situation, you see at it from a third party perspective β¨
2. When you seperate other person from the situation, you start taking away the power from your current/3D reality with that person.
3. Don't rush. Taking time before going back to initiate communication again is IMPORTANT as it helps in changing vibrations from hurt, anger and disappointment to understanding, love and peace ποΈ
4. You cannot control other person's perspective. So, listen and respond when they say, what didn't go right according to them. Apologise if they express hurt, anger and disappointment π
5. Choose words that does not imply "blame", "anger", "hurt" etc.
6. Think positive about them and focus on the good they have done for you. (You attract more of what you focus on)
