All the sugary junk food technically being high in calories should keep us full for long time, but it doesn't. It will make us hungry post 1-2 hours because of lack in nutrition.

Whereas, high protein, fibre food like chicken, panner, lentils, beans merged with little amount of good carbs makes it a nutrition rich meal and keeps us full for long.
