Ingredients:
Makhana – 2 cups
Rolled oats – 1 cup
Cashew – ½ cup
Almonds – ½ cup
Milk – 1 litre
Dates – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – ¾ cup
Dark chocolate – ½ cup
Garnish: nuts + chocolate shards
Recipe:
1. Soak makhana, oats, cashews, and almonds in milk 4 hours or overnight.
2. Next day, blend soaked mix with dates, cocoa, and dark chocolate.
3. Pour into an airtight container, top with garnish.
4. Freeze 6–8 hours or overnight.
5. Scoop and enjoy!

In fact, it is one of the most nutritious leafy greens that you can add to your diet. This superfood is an excellent source of vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant that plays a crucial role in the body’s healing process. It helps the body to process iron, form blood vessels, repair muscle tissue, and maintain collagen, which is the most abundant protein in the body that is responsible for maintaining healthy skin, bones, and joints.
Ingredients:
* 350 g Lal/ Shak/ Laal S**g/ Red Amaranth Leaves / Red Spinach 1 Bunch
* 2 Green Chili
* 3-4 Garlic Clove
* 2 Red Onion
* Salt to taste
* 2 Tbsp. Mustard Oil/Desi Ghee
Instructions:
* Wash Laal S**g thoroughly under running water.
* Chop the leaves roughly.
* Take Ghee/Oil in a deep bottom pan and heat properly.
* Add chopped Garlic, Onion and Green Chilli, sauté for 2-3 Minutes.
* Add salt and Laal Saag Leaves. Mix well.
* Cover and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
* Serve with steamed rice, top with Desi Ghee.
