Scribbled on T-shirts, but written forever in our hearts.

It was never just about colors and signatures. It was about memories, laughter, inside jokes, and the silent promise to stay connected as we step into new chapters and become KARM Shakti.

The Batch of 2023-26 signed a piece of each other’s journeys on one another’s shirts. From the KARM office to corridors, every message carried love, gratitude, and a touch of nostalgia. And now, as convocation draws closer, the realization is sinking in that this beautiful chapter is coming to a heartfelt close.

Soon, they will walk across the stage in their kurtas and angavastras, but a part of them will always remain with KARM, in its memories, its people, and its purpose.

Volunteering with purpose, our Fellows supported the documentation of sessions and events by capturing key quotes, reflections, and outcomes. They ensured that every insight, learning, and voice from the convening continues to inspire beyond the room.

Showing up with responsibility, curiosity, and commitment, our Fellows continue to learn from spaces that bring young women, leaders, and change-makers together.

An evening of laughter, sharing and celebration as the KARM founders hosted this incredible group of individuals, whose collective journeys are biography-worthy!

Their consistent guidance to the Fellows, their belief in the vision and their association with KARM shape the journeys of KARM Fellows in impossible-to-articulate ways!

We are deeply grateful for each association. Together, we continue to grow, lead, and create lasting impact.
