*DECODING RELATIONSHIPS*

Relationships can be whatever you make them to be- nuanced, intricate and sometimes even complicated. Do you find yourself constantly asking questions like, “Is my behaviour valid?”, “Are my expectations too far-fetched?” and “Should I actually feel like this or not?”.

Our resilience circles welcome all young adults to a safe and empathetic space to share their thoughts with a group of people who will make you feel validated, and heard; we promise you that we will listen to all you have to say patiently.✨

However, please note it is not a substitute for therapy.

Project Ruhani is currently looking for people passionate to work in the field of mental health for its new programme ‘Enigma of Resilience’. We're looking for people who can help us get mental health more sunlight, candor and more unashamed conversations.

We are a mental health initiative by Enactus Lady Shri Ram envisioning a radical transformation in the education system and destigmatizing mental health from a young age.

One of our oldest verticals is Resilience Circles. These circles are a safe place for people to come, recharge and build resilience by supporting and hearing each other. It allows people to feel and express themselves without fear of judgment. It's an endeavor to bring diverse people together through their unique experiences.

We're looking for people to help us conduct this program. If you're someone who loves listening to people and having candid conversations about life and possesses the empathy needed to build a kinder world, this is the place for you!
