Key Responsibilities:

Participate in pre-production meetings with the internal quality team
Conduct regular factory visits for inspections, trip selections, and production follow-ups

Maintain and track supplier audit calendars, including proactive follow-ups for re-audits
Visit tanneries and mills, as required, for sourcing and product development updates
Candidate Profile:
A proactive and hands-on professional with strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities under tight timelines. Should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset. Solid understanding of product costing, negotiations, merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain processes is essential. Willingness to travel for coordination and proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting is required.
