🔹 Quality Standards: The Spices Board, Namsai stepped in to deliver essential quality compliance training, guiding our members on premium harvesting, sorting, and grading parameters to ensure high market value.

By building the capacity of our local leaders, we ensure that women-led enterprises across Arunachal Pradesh are fully equipped to drive competitive, independent, and market-ready value chains.

Scaling Rural Prosperity at Singdev MKUPCL! 🚀

We were honored to host Mr. B.S. Jamod, Commissioner, Rewa Division, at the Singdev Mahila Kisan Producer Company (MKUPCL) in Singrauli. Accompanied by Collector Shri Gaurav Banal and CEO Zila Panchayat Shri Jagdish Gome, the Commissioner took a detailed overview of our Kodo-Kutki (Millets) processing unit.

Key Highlights of the Visit:

✅ Technology Meets Tradition: The Commissioner appreciated the use of modern machinery to process "Shree Anna," ensuring high quality and increasing market demand.

✅ Economic Empowerment: He interacted with our women farmer members, applauding them as the backbone of the rural economy.

✅ Strategic Growth: Instructions were given to authorities to focus on branding and marketing to ensure our Kodo-Kutki reaches big markets at premium prices.

Mrs. Purna Choudhary, at Koraput Halad-Aada Women Farmer Producer Company Ltd., represents the power of collective institutions in rural India.

With no prior leadership experience, she emerged as a confident leader through continuous training and support. When farmers struggled to sell their ginger produce, she stepped forward—mobilizing communities, building trust, and leading collective marketing efforts.

Her leadership resulted in the successful procurement of 21 MT of ginger, ensuring better prices for farmers and strengthening the FPO.

Today, she is not just a farmer—but a changemaker inspiring women across her community.
