A friend of mine from Dehradun purchased a lift from Elite Elevators, and the installation was done by their team. Shockingly, the lift stopped working the very next day of installation.

Even after making full payment, the company has shown no responsibility. To make things worse, they are now demanding an additional ₹2.5 lakh just to fix the issue! This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a form of harassment and extortion.

They are not answering calls, and all communication is stuck over email. The customer is completely fed up and is now preparing to take the matter to consumer court.

This is a genuine warning to others — please do NOT trust Elite Elevators. Choose a more reliable and professional brand for such an important investment.
