Job Profile:

1. Handling Calls and Emails (Giving End to End

resolutions to Customers)

2. Candidate Should have qood communication skills 3.Candidate should have Strong Sincere Follow Up Skills

with Customers and B2B agents.

4. Candidate should be proactive and have good

Convincing Skills.

5.Candidate should have knowledge of Making International and Domestic Packages.

6.Candidate should have Minimum 0- 2 years Experience

in all of above.
