Getting up from the bed and engaging in some kind of physical activity requires effort. Whereas previously, we knew our daily commute would help with the burning of calories, now we are restricted to our home space. This has made many of us feel incredibly lazy. We just wake up, freshen up and sit in front of the laptop to get started with work.

But contrary to what you may have led your body to believe, you can actually motivate yourself to exercise at home. It may be difficult to find motivation in this period of quarantine, but it is needed.

I find myself a successful fitness professional when my clients continue the journey of self Discovery which I once held their hand and guided them to. Right guidance and knowledge goes long distances, here Rupali who started her journey of achieving something she dreamt of and always want to achieve, understood it would require work efforts and dedication, stuck to the plan day in and out. (and still find it worth exploring.) She is amongst my many clients who acknowledge what they are recieving in terms of professional guidance and support. ♥️

Knowing her gym is shut due to health safety reasons she right away approach me for alternates to continue her exercises and routine. What more can I be proud of.♥️

From someone finding excuses to ditch workouts to now brainstorming how to manage workout when there's a situation. I feel my work and effort is well acknowledge here.

And that is my goal to help out maximum people out there who actually want to work and bring a change in them.
