The Chapter is elated to share the successful completion of IOGCE (Indian Oil & Gas Conference and Exhibition) Panel 1, held under the banner of UPES SPE Fest 2026.

The conference featured Dr. Bappa Mukherjee, Ms. Minnie Gogia and Dr. Pradeep Joshi as panelists and Dr. Sunil Khare as the moderator for the session. The deliberation was centered on the theme "The Diplomacy of Oil: Balancing National Interest with Global Transition”, providing a clear look at the intersection of energy policy and the global energy shift.
