Experiential Learning Programs

Wrapping up this leg of Experiential Learning Program in Darjeeling Schools with a Thanksgiving gathering for our facilitators hosted by St. Joseph's College.

Day 12: Experiential learning program successfully conducted in Loreto Convent, Darjeeling for Grade 8 students. Students enjoyed learning by doing activities based on different themes such as biodiversity, being water smart, waste management, sensory engagement and understanding soil.

Also, they shared their leanings to their principal, teachers and fellow friends through model presentation. Connecting with nature was one of the highlights for the students which they were excited about.

Day 8: Facilitated around 200 students of Himali boarding school, Kurseong with hands-on learning approaches on various activities primarily focused on environmental issues of Darjeeling and connecting with nature.

Special thanks to Priya Di and Bibaychana from Tieedi for coordinating with the school and supporting our experiential Learning program.

Special mention to Wildlife Conservation Nepal (WCN) for providing with activity guides for our program.
