Hydronephrosis + 6 mm V-U junction Calculus & Obstruction

         Vesicoureteric junction obstruction (VUJO) refers to a restriction to urine flow, where the ureter (drainage tube from the kidney) meets the bladder.

        Here, the Calculus was obstructing the passage of urine to bladder resulting in hydronephrosis, burning & radiating pain, hematuria, heaviness of abdomen and bloating. Continue on & off pain was present from past 2-3 months. The Calculus got removed in 1 week time.

Fatty Liver Disease/PCOD /Hyperlipidemia

        As master Hahnemann had mentioned in his writings THE CHRONIC DISEASE, that treatment of chronic disease needs utmost patience, care, keen observation and regular analysis/ evaluation of the case from time to time in each follow up with added proper diet & regime, only then recovery/ complete restoration of health becomes possible.
        Here, it was the case of 34 year female with Fatty Liver Disease, PCOD AND HYPERLIPIDEMIA. Xanthelesma was obvious due to high cholesterol, chronic Indigestion and menstrual irregularities. Associated complaints were burning soles at night, corns, prematurely greying of hairs. It took almost 1 year to get back to normal in all her complaints, USG/ blood reports & the case was cured.
        Multiple remedies were administered here as per the demand of symptom totality.
        Few important remedies used were Lachesis, Thuja, Nux Vom., Folliculinum, Natrum phos.

An osteoma is a benign bone tumor that typically forms on the skull. Depending on where they develop, osteomas can sometimes cause symptoms such as headaches or sinus infections.

        Here, Patient had developed Osteoma over the right temporal area of skull after fall, 15 years back & was present since then.
        It was hard, painless, non- mobile. In 3 months time, 15 year old bony tumor started regressing, became small in size & difficult to find where it was before.
        Not all time, tumor, warts, cyst, Fibroid, Ganglion or some other outgrowth needs to be surgically removed. Take 2nd opinion in case of suspected malignancy but when it is confirmed benign in nature, do trust your sweet sugar pills while you experience their magic.

Case of Chronic Tonsillitis & Adenoids

Girl child of 8 year age had been suffering from chronic recurrent Tonsillitis & Adenoids since her childhood.

• Hard, indurated & hypertrophied tonsils B/L
• size of both were so big that hardly she can breath, swallow food or Liquid even. ( what we call KISSING TONSILS)

• A/F - Fruits, chocolates, sugar, chips, cakes & pastries, cold drinks, ice-cream, etc.
• Whenever she eats such food items, everytime there is Tonsillitis, breathing & eating problems. She has to get admitted into hospital.
• Same with Adenoids, eating cold food & drinks ends with Adenoids swelling.

For children, I like to prescribe Bio-chemic remedies often. She was given Bacillinum 1m stat dose 2 drops directly on tongue with Kali mur 6x. Continued treatment for 3 months. She is fine now with no any complaints. Tonsils have reduced significantly in size and same for adenoids too.
( Also think of Cal. Phos, Cal. Flour, Baryta Carb & Merc. Iod, etc. )
Once the treatment Course gets complete, hope she can enjoy her ice-cream, chocolates & colas soon without having any problem.

Alopecia Areata / Hair-loss in Patches

32 year male Patient with Hair-loss in circular Patches. Present from past 3 months. After starting treatment, hair growth observed over bald spots and new hair follicles noted in 2 weeks.

Such are autoimmune condition, no identifiable causes can be found with presenting chief complaint. He had taken our treatment for some other issues few months ago. Then, he was given Lycopodium.

This time, Acid Flour was the drug of choice which was coming from his totality, Prescribed Acid Flour for 1 month. No improvement seen, reconsidered the case history & found his personality was that of lycopodium. Prescribed Lyco 200 1 dose every week along with Acid Flour 30 TDS for 2 weeks. Hairfalling stopped, no new bald Patches seen after, new hair follicles & hair growth started to appear then.
