Labelling skills help children with autism identify and name objects, actions, and emotions — a key step for communication, learning, and social connection.

At Enfance, we focus on building these foundational skills through structured teaching, visual supports, and positive reinforcement — empowering every child to express and connect better each day. 💙

Is your little one crying at the supermarket, lying on the floor, or demanding toys loudly? 🤯
Breathe, this is completely normal for children up to 5 years old.

Tantrums are a part of healthy emotional development. The goal is not to “stop” the tantrum immediately, but to help your child learn how to express emotions and handle frustration better. 🌱

In this video, you'll learn:

✅ Why tantrums happen & why kids behave this way
✅ How to respond calmly without feeling judged by others
✅ Practical tips—like prepping your child before shopping & setting clear expectations

Remember, parenting isn’t about giving in, it’s about guiding 💛
With calm responses, clear boundaries, and consistency, tantrums can turn into learning moments that build emotional strength and self-control.

A poignant reminder of why patience, accurate diagnosis, and consistent therapy are crucial. 🌱✨

A child who started hitting his ears at just 1.5 years old continued this behaviour for over a decade. Even though he performed well academically, he was asked to leave school in 6th grade due to his challenging behaviour.

While many assumed it was purely behavioural, a detailed otoscopic exam revealed ear pain and infection affecting the eardrum. Once ENT treatment began and the issue was resolved, we resumed behaviour therapy with ADOS-based intervention.

The transformation was remarkable — from hitting his ears 10–15 times per session to just 2–3 times, with many sessions marked by complete self-control, and now he gently taps the desk to redirect the urge. ❤️

It took 12 years. 12 years of observation, belief, and consistency.
Because every child deserves time, understanding, and the right support. 🤝💛

At Enfance, we don’t just work with behaviours, we uncover the “why”, support the “how”, and celebrate every progress step.
