The functions of the office administrator include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants.

Managing design content and making design recommendations for a diverse client.
Providing visual design content that complements various types of written content
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic ideas.
Obtains approval of concept by submitting a rough layout for approval.
Excellent written and spoken English.
