Job Summary:
Join our dynamic valuations team as a Senior Valuation Analyst! Lead complex business and financial valuations, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Conduct business & equity valuations for financial reporting and regulatory purposes
✔️ Manage resources, ensure timely & budget-compliant delivery
✔️ Oversee client interactions & train the team
✔️ Perform detailed financial analysis & prepare actionable reports
✔️ Support business development efforts

Qualifications:
🎓 MBA (Top-tier B-School), CA, or CFA
🧠 5-10 years of valuation experience (preferably in consultancy)
📚 Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, & US GAAP
🚀 Excellent analytical, communication & project management skills
🌍 Willingness to travel as needed
