Photoshop offers many ways to convert an image from cool colour to warm colour.
Unlike the other tools, however, the Gradient Map gives you a lot of control over how your image is converted.
The best way to see how the Gradient Map tool works is to try it out. Here’s how to use it:
step 1: Choose Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Gradient Map to add a new Gradient Map adjustment layer
step 2: To change the gradient effect, click the gradient in the dialogue to open the Gradient Editor.
step 3: To change colour stops double click on left side handle (a shadow of image)
give color value now to highlight handle (right side) give color value middle handle (mid-tone) color value
step 4: Reduce opacity or use blend if to get more realistic overlay.
As you do this, you can view the effect of the changes on the image.
