# Renter username and password manually / Account has expired / Check that you are not using a new machine on a Mac locked account.
Error: 678 /651 – Remote Computer does not respond / WAN Miniport…
# Plug in the Network cable into your LAN card. If error persists contact Xtreme Broadband Office.
# Contact Xtreme Broadband Office.
Error: 769 – WAN Miniport does not respond / Remote Computer does not respond.
# Go to Network Connections/change adapter setting in Start Menu or under Control panel and there enable the LAN card which will be currently grayed out.
