We are almost done with development of 2.4, the next version of JV-HelpDesk Business Edition, and here is a sneak preview of the first new feature being introduced.

In version 2.4 of JV-HelpDesk Business Edition, we are adding the capability to create file downloads in HelpDesk system back-end, and associate them with categories. The files will be available for customers to download them in front-end in the HelpDesk system.
