• Maintaining financial KPI and metrics up-to-date.
• Answering customer and teacher support queries.

Skills/Requirements:
• Tamil proficiency (spoken)
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• MS-Excel
• Good customer service attitude with a friendly approach to problem-solving
• Team player
• Self-starter

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
