Asafetida - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Curry leaves - a little
Normal water - 3.5 cups
Hot water - 1.5 cups
Prepared masala powder
For Tempering
Ghee - 2 tablespoon
Cooking oil - 2 tablespoon
Mustard - 1 tablespoon
