Those who know about Arabic food will know the authenticity of the dish from Al Souk.

This main course is a grill of lamb served along with pilaf, clubbed with Meat Kofta, and sides of spiced stewed vegetables and stuffed vine leaves.
Then when you end the meal flat on your back, unable to move, you can complete the meal course with our traditional Egyptian Umm Ali.
