Job Description for Telecaller(on contract) at VIT Chennai, Vandalur Kelambakkam Road

The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with prospective students and provide information regarding our institution's courses, admission procedures, and guide them through the enrolment process via telephone calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational goals.

Language: English, Tamil, and Hindi can be a plus.
Work Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills will be considered, Prior Telecaller experience can be a plus.
Contract Period: April 2024 - July 2024
Education: Diploma, Any degree
Salary: Rs.20,000 per month. Based on the application conversion – additional incentives will be provided
