Participated in a Diwali function organized in Perth by the ISWA ( Indian Society of Western Australia ) on 14th November 2015. A fireworks display was also arranged in addition to other activities. This display was magnificent. In India too, such display is being arranged. However fireworks display by individuals should be discouraged by all considering the SAFETY of All and other advantages.
