Site: Steep hillside; minimal cut-and-fill; access via stepped path; retain vegetation.

Program (35–55 sqm): Entry deck, living/sleeping loft, kitchenette, bathroom, outdoor sit-out.

Strategy: Section-driven split levels; compressed entry → open interior; one main view window + cross ventilation.

Form: Simple volume with sloped roof; lightly elevated on piers.

Materials: Timber cladding, light frame (timber/steel), simple wood interiors, metal/shingle roof.

Environment: Passive cooling, shaded openings, rainwater along contours, optional off-grid setup.

Experience: Quiet retreat; gradual reveal via steps; strong indoor–outdoor connection.
