Flocking fascinates because of the velvety surface which can be applied to almost any material.We have manufactured "Electrostatic Flocking Equipment" which produces artificial velvet effect on Foams, Rubbers, Greeting Cards, Textile Fabrics, Toys, Jewelery Boxes, Games & Novelty Items, Papers, Plastics, Thermocoal etc…

Flock Printing is produced by using the Screen Printing Process for printing an adhesive size and then dusting with cotton, silk or rayon flock. It can be done on almost any surface and can be printed. Consumers are always looking for something different and unusual. They believe that this type of product could increase their market and generate new business. Developing an innovative product is always a top priority and is the driving force behind the printers’ also interest in learning about flocking.

A BRIEF ON OUR PRODUCT - ELECTRONIC SAFETY GUARD:

Electronic Safety Guard is used predominantly for human safety in the danger zone such as power press, shearing, bending, printing press and paper cutting machine.. To Handle this purpose, we have manufactured "Electronic safety guard" in a way that fortifies maximum safety for people working in danger zone.
They work based on infra-red beam technique.

These equipments are easy to understand and use. A photo electric transmitter projects on array of synchronized parallel infra-red light beams to a receiver unit when an opaque object interrupts one or more beams the light curtain controller send a stop signal to the guarded machine. This technique offers enhanced safety and rejection of external light sources.
