1. Responsible for calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables
2. Strong convincing power and knowledge to dispute the claims that are pending with Payers
3. Sound domain knowledge on the Revenue cycle management (RCM) for US healthcare process
4. Adherence to company policies rules and regulations.
5. Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policy recommended for the process.
