VA TECH WABAG LTD. was pleased to be part of the Conference on Water in India, organised by Indian Infrastructure, held on April 28–29, 2026 at Le Méridien, New Delhi.

Representing WABAG at the conference, Mr. sarath babu (Chief Manager, Marketing – Desalination) participated in the session on Desalination Infrastructure. He highlighted the current implementation landscape, policy and regulatory frameworks, and the importance of source augmentation for strengthening water security. He also touched upon the role of technology and innovation, supported by relevant case insights.

The conference brought together key industry stakeholders to exchange perspectives on advancing sustainable and resilient water infrastructure solutions for India.

As part of the nationwide second 100-day campaign "𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐦 𝐍𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤" launched by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, VA TECH WABAG LIMITED (“𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲”) is reaching out to the shareholders who have not yet claimed their dividend for the FY 2024-25.

This initiative, running from 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐭𝐨 𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, aims to assist shareholders in claiming their rightful dividends and updating their KYC details for improved investor service delivery.

We kindly request all eligible shareholders to update their KYC records (PAN, e-mail, postal address, contact number, bank details, and nominations) and submit them to the Company or our Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA) M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Limited.

Delivered under the Namami Gange programme, this integrated project combines 150 MLD treatment capacity with an extensive sewerage network, bringing safe sanitation to nearly half a million residents while significantly reducing untreated discharge into the Ganga.
