I was all set to boot the Rapido app off my phone today (haven’t tapped it in ages). But instead of the usual goodbye menu, I got hit with this heartstring-tugger: “Don’t remove our app! Give us a second chance!”
And there I was, hitting the pause button. Not because I suddenly needed a ride, but because of the feels.
