Take care of your body in 2021.
Three things that I committed myself to in year 2021:
1. Drink more water.
2. Walk for 30 minutes a day
3. Practice silent sitting everyday.
Habit formation is not an easy thing, specially when you struggle with consistency like me.
But I know that doing these things on a consistency basis has helped me take better care of myself.
