Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
✔ Promote Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Process Skids
✔ Develop and manage relationships with key customers in India & overseas
✔ Identify & generate new business opportunities

Technical & Commercial Coordination
✔ Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with customers
✔ Review costing & pricing strategies to finalize selling prices
✔ Evaluate tenders & bidding documents

Customer Engagement & Order Management
✔ Follow up with customers for order conversions
✔ Ensure timely payment collection as per milestones
✔ Handle customer complaints using RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CA (Corrective Action), and PA (Preventive Action)

Internal Coordination & Reporting
✔ Collaborate with the Proposal team for timely offer submissions
✔ Work with internal departments to resolve customer queries
✔ Maintain ISO documentation and MIS reports

Brand Building & Market Expansion
✔ Manage customer registrations and onboarding
✔ Deliver presentations on company products & services
✔ Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the customer base
