A contemporary tropical dwelling articulated through a restrained material palette and volumetric clarity. The composition employs deep overhangs, perforated screens, and layered facades to mediate light, ventilation, and privacy. Spatial planning negotiates openness and enclosure, creating seamless indoor–outdoor transitions, while responding precisely to the client’s functional program and contextual climatic conditions.

AYANAM / Kottakkal / 2026

Ayanam is conceived as a linear tropical residence that choreographs spatial movement as a continuous architectural journey. Clear zoning ensures seamless circulation and privacy gradients, while a sloping clay-tiled roof with deep overhangs responds climatically. Exposed brick, textured plaster, and perforated screens enhance passive ventilation, daylight control, and contextual sustainability through material honesty and landscape integration.
