Many congratulations to our group member Supriyo Mandal for successfully defending his PhD Viva-Voce examination. The title of his thesis was "Recommendation System with Users' Characteristics and Side information".
He was a PhD student in the Department of CSE, IIT Patna, under the supervision of Dr. Abyayananda Maiti. Presently, he is working as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at ZBW - Leibniz Information Center for Economics, University of Kiel, Germany.
Congratulations to Dr. Supriyo Mandal for this achievement and we wish him a bright future.
