Job Description:
- Lead the sales team.
- Achieving Sales targets for the products.
- Responsible for resolving the student’s/Parent’s queries and complaints if any.
- Train sales associates to maintain accurate workflow.
- Develop and maintain marketing strategies and provide training to same.
- Provide high-quality support service to assist students/Parents over the phone.
- Assist another department to maintain and enhance better.
- Administer and maintain better workflow at workstations.
- Monitor all sales hourly and manage all communication with sales staff.
- Act as an escalation Manager.
- Act as a floor supervisor.
- F2F Academic Counselling.
- Resolve queries of all Students/Parents.
- Co-ordinate with various depts till the students are onboarded
- Assign SPOCs to every student.
- Maintaining CRM records.
- Updating of Master sheets (or all MIS records) (Both online & offline).
- Ensuring Collection targets are fulfilled.
