Causes of normal chest x-ray in patient with pneumonia:-
1- if presented in the first 24 hours
2- patient with dehydration
3- neutropenic patient
4- P*P infection
Cause of marked x ray changes that is disproprtinate to clinical illness(mild illness ) think of mycoplasma pneumonia
