My friend who ordered this was super happy with the end result!
Recently we got an order of an extremely beautiful book cake. I will upload the making of it shortly. But first we need to talk about the JUGAAD/HACK that we did to replace the palatte knife buttercream flowers that was there in the reference video. Why we did this was because
1. We didn't practice enough to make the flowers perfect
2. Time was very short we spent an entire day to perfect this
3. As a bakery our main target should be to satisfy our customer and somehow the end result should look similar to the photo if not the exact copy.
So we took the decision of making it using fondant.. so the tulips were made using fondant and the other flower was made using whipped cream and the end result was too good.!
