Under the able guidance of worthy Deputy Commissioner & President Sh.Showkat Ahmad Parray, IAS & Secretary Red Cross Sh. Darshan Kumar Bansal, District Red Cross Society Bathinda in collaboration with Indian Radiological & Imaging Association Punjab started a Basic Life Support (BLS) training in schools to empower students with the skills to respond to life-threatening situations like cardiac arrest, choking, and respiratory distress. This training, which includes CPR, Recovery Position & Chest Compressions only usage, aims to increase student preparedness and promote a culture of safety within the school community. First Aid Master Trainer of Red Cross Bathinda Naresh Pathania & Dr.Reemanshu Bansal from IRIA imparting the BLS training to students.Students are also being made aware of the ill effects of drugs and advised to avoid their consumption.
