In response,Union Minister Kiren Rijiju and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar questioned the judiciary’s role,urging respect for institutional boundaries.Rijiju remarked that Parliament and the judiciary should avoid interfering in each other’s domains.But when the highest court speaks so decisively,it’s a wake-up call for citizens.We,the people, must ask- What has gone wrong that demanded such strong judicial intervention in a matter tied so deeply to property rights and community trust?
