About the Role:

JUSTGroup Ventures is looking for a skilled and passionate Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative web and mobile applications that drive our business forward. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and build advanced, scalable applications using React and React Native.
· Develop robust backend services and APIs using the Laravel framework.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Application Developer or similar role.
· Strong proficiency in React and React Native.
· Solid experience in backend development with Laravel.
· Experience with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
· Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
