Retirement Felicitation Ceremony Held at Banihal.

Banihal, June 1: Mr. Mohd Rafiq Wani, S/o Mohd Yousuf Wani, resident of Doligam, Tehsil Banihal, retired from government service on 31 May 2026 after rendering 27 years of dedicated service in the Irrigation & Flood Control (I&FC) Department.

During his service career, he served in the Irrigation & Flood Control Department and was posted at the Sub Division Banihal at the time of his retirement.

A retirement felicitation gathering was organized today at his residence, where family members, relatives, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers congratulated him on the successful completion of his government service and wished him a healthy, happy, and prosperous retired life.

Speakers on the occasion appreciated his sincerity, dedication, and contributions during his long tenure in the department. The event concluded with prayers and best wishes for his future endeavors.
