β Time flies. We turn 7 today. It seems like just yesterday when we launched our company.
π As much as we are filled with a sense of deep pride and accomplishment, we are also well aware that this would not have been possible without the support, encouragement and faith of our clients in us. Our clients have believed in us, stood by us and have rewarded us with their business. We are truly filled with a deep sense of sincere gratitude and humility. Our business partners have been true collaborators in every sense of the word and spirit. This has been the foundation for our successful collaboration.
π€ When I started out Intellectus Consulting in January 2018, I was filled with a sense of brimming passion, confidence and the drive to make a difference to our pharma clients. I knew that we had to deliver on the differentiated services model and more importantly create outstanding value for our clients. We wrote our credo, "Incisive Insights > Informed Decisions". π’ π’ Three New Programs with a Reason.
π· In 2024, we have launched three new programs for the pharmaceutical industry marketers and business heads:
π Mastering the Art of Data Storytelling (MADS) - Launched April 2024.
π Measuring Marketing Performance (MMP) - Launched July 2024
π Communication and Brand Storytelling - Launch in October 2024.
π The above programs have been conceptualized, developed and rolled out keeping in mind the future skills and capabilities that marketers would need to acquire in order to stay relevant and employable in the future. These are "must-have" non-negotiable job skills that one cannot do without. In short, they are not desirable but "essential must-haves".
π The content of these programs is largely original and built from the scratch with support of referenced material available in public domain. The rich content is a mix of theory and practical application that makes it easy for participants to take away a host of learnings for immediate application on their jobs.
π The MADS program has seen one open participation edition in April and a corporate-sponsored program in June. The second open participation edition is taking place in Mumbai on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Registrations are open and we invite corporate-sponsored and self-sponsored participants to register.
π The "Measuring Marketing Performance" program awaits support from the industry. It is a program that is designed to build the strategic thinking of marketing heads and senior marketers as well as business heads around decision making related to MMO (Marketing Mix Optimization), marketing resources allocation and measuring marketing performance in terms of well defined OKRs and KPIs. It is a mid-to-senior level marketers program.
π The Communication and Brand Storytelling program is our newest program and is all set to be launched in October. The first open participation edition is planned to be held in Mumbai on Saturday, October 5th. We have been releasing a stream of communiques in this regard on social media for the past two weeks.
π Three new programs with three very different objectives, agenda and planned outcomes. All programs are very relevant and are aimed to build significant marketing capabilities.
