For the longest time, the automotive service industry has seen limited representation of women in technical and on-ground service roles. But at ReadyAssist, we believe talent is never defined by gender. It is shaped by the right opportunity, training, and support system.
With this vision, we launched Project Shakthi, an initiative focused on creating structured career pathways for women in the automotive and mobility service ecosystem.
Through free technical training, flexible work opportunities, and real-world deployment support, Project Shakthi is helping women confidently step into the automotive service industry and build sustainable careers with earning potential of up to ₹50,000 per month.
What began as a pilot program in Bangalore is already creating measurable impact through inspiring success stories, strong customer feedback, and growing industry recognition. The initiative is not just about employment. It is about building a more inclusive, skilled, and dependable service ecosystem for the future of mobility.
Over the next 2 years, ReadyAssist aims to train and empower 300+ women across 15 major cities in India through Project Shakthi, creating a workforce that better reflects the diversity and strength of the communities we serve.
And this is just the beginning.

Continuing our association with Raptee.HV, we recently hosted their leadership team at our headquarters. Mr. Dinesh Arjun, CEO, and Mr. Sarath ARP, BD - Founder’s Office at Raptee.HV, and Mr. Varun received by Mr. ARVINDH KUMAR ULAGANATHAN , Country Head - Claims and Operations, and Mr. Nikhil Singhania, Vice President - Business & Growth at ReadyAssist.
The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our technology-led approach and exchange insights on how AI-driven systems are enabling real-time roadside assistance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring service transparency at scale. The interaction also led to meaningful discussions on strengthening EV support infrastructure, enhancing service readiness, and exploring collaborative opportunities within the evolving mobility landscape.
As electric mobility continues to accelerate, such engagements play a crucial role in building a future-ready ecosystem. We look forward to further strengthening this association and contributing together towards a more sustainable and seamless mobility experience.
