Thrilled and excited to leave you with "Abstract Motion", the first full-length album as MICROBURST ALERT. The vision I had for this project was to be able to revisit concepts pertaining to the origins of techno , instead of getting mentally chewed up by the different sub-branches and various "names" & "terms" associated with this widely appreciated genre of music. Personally, I wanted the material that I release under this project to be reflective of my vision to diversify the sound palette that we have come to know , understand and identify with contemporary electronica.
The album has been built with attention to detail - deriving a chain of creative ideas from jungle, breakbeat, drum & bass, Berlin school, garage, industrial, Goa trance, ambient & IDM. Warped acid lines, gritty FM synthesis, hypnotic atmos, euphoric melodies & complex drum programming that has its roots set in nothing more & nothing less than pure unadulterated groove. 13 texture-rich, synaesthetic audio packets - designed to make you move, tune out and reflect. And furthermore designed to massage the daylights out of your third eye.

"Moonloop" is a dark, groovy, progressive trance tune written at 128 BPM & was the result of a combined effort between myself and Luciano from Argentina , widely respected in the psychedelic trance scene for his notable works of music released as Dezzert . He is currently signed to Reversible Records
The track was written over 4-5 online sessions that were focused on improving my workflow on Ableton Live , during a period of home-isolation during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic sometime in 2021. The final mixdown for the track was done by me and mastered by Nektarios at Ballistic Mastering
