One of the key efforts was to build a kinetic visual language, even in print. A modular identity system where the elements are designed to move, in synchronicity, representing a legacy firm with feet on the ground and eyes on the future.

‘Making Rights Real’ draws out a functional strategy for the implementation of reservations for transgender and intersex persons in educational institutions and public employment. From adoption of inclusive definitions to non-invasive modes of identification, it outlines a method of reservation that responds to the intersectional experience of discrimination.
